Our friends Christel and Herb, Rita, Colleen and Ron took us for a day-long hike at Echo Lake to help us ease back into a "normal day". The day was gorgeous and we were even able to take Nikita with us. It was quite a climb, especially if you are not a regular hiker. Our friends are experts. Needless to say, we had to take several rest stops to enjoy the view..(and catch our breath!). Here are some photos.
