The Birthday Cake
We made banana cake with cream cheese icing for Matt's birthday cake. Rodney did a fantastic job decorating it with flipflops, mini umbrella and seven (7) mini palm trees. Truly island theme!
As the guessts belted out their own rendition of "Happy Birthday", our good friend Lena Burholm led the crowd to the Swedish version before Matt blew out the candles.
